UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -The Big Ten/ACC Challenge invades the Bryce Jordan Center on Thursday, Nov. 30 when the Penn State women's basketball program hosts Wake Forest at 7 p.m. The Lady Lions (5-2) will meet the Demon Deacons (2-4) for the first time in program history.

Scouting the Demon Deacons
// Wake Forest enters the Big Ten/ACC Challenge on a three-game losing streak, which includes a pair of losses to Big Ten foes during that stretch.
// The Demon Deacons fell at Rutgers, 65-51, on Nov. 19 and followed that by falling to Minnesota, 93-81, at the Lady Rebel Round-Up in Las Vegas, Nevada on Nov. 25. Wake Forest then dropped the final in Las Vegas, 69-66, to Hofstra.
// Four Demon Deacons reached double-figures vs. Hofstra, as Ariel Stephenson (13), Gina Conti (11), Amber Campbell (10) and Alex Sharp (10) all posted double-digit scoring games vs. the Pride.
// Campbell leads the team in scoring at 11.5 points per game, while also contributing 5.5 rebounds and 0.8 blocked shots in six starts.
// Conti made her first career vs. Hofstra adding two rebounds and two assists to her 11 points. The true freshman played 33 minutes in the game, hitting 5-of-16 shots from the field.

// As a team, the Lady Lions are averaging just 12.4 turnovers per game in the last five contests, while forcing 17.0 opponent missteps per game. That number is bolstered by 7.4 steals per game for the Blue and White.
// Redshirt-sophomore Amari Carter continues to lead the scoring charge for Penn State, averaging 18.6 points per game in the last five games. She has three 20-point efforts over that stretch, including a personal-best 24 tallies vs. Louisiana Tech.

Last Meeting -- First Meeting
// Thursday's contest marks the first meeting with Wake Forest and will add the final Atlantic Coast Conference team to the record books. Previously, Penn State has met the other 14 ACC institutions on the court, owning an overall mark of 74-39 against the current alignment of the ACC.
