MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Riding the nation's third longest unbeaten-streak the Penn State University men's ice hockey team has jumped back in to the top-20 in the latest USCHO.com poll.

The Nittany Lions, who are 4-0-2 in their last six games, enter the week ranked No. 18 after collecting five of a possible six Big Ten points on the road at No. 11 Ohio State this past weekend.

Penn State earned a 1-0 shootout victory following a 5-5 tie on Friday night to take two points from the Buckeyes before a convincing 4-0 shutout on Saturday afternoon.

PSU has been unranked since being swept at then-No. 6 Notre Dame on November 10-11. The Nittany Lions joins the Fighting Irish (No. 4), Minnesota (No. 7), Wisconsin (No. 12) and Ohio State (No. 15) in the polls this week as five of seven Big Ten Teams are ranked with Michigan receiving votes.

Penn State entertains Robert Morris this weekend in a home-and-home series to close out the first semester of action before taking a month off for the holidays. Friday night's game will be played at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh at 7:05 p.m. and Saturday's contest will be played at Pegula Ice Arena with a 7 p.m. puck drop.

Fans attending Saturday's game are asked to bring a new or lightly used teddy bear to throw onto the ice during the second intermission as it is our annual Teddy Bear Toss game to benefit THON and other philanthropies.
