UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Penn State divers will take center stage this weekend at McCoy Natatorium hosting Drexel, La Salle and Loyola in the Penn State Diving Invitational Saturday and Sunday.
The meet will begin Saturday at 2 p.m. with preliminaries followed by finals, and continue Sunday at 11 a.m. with the same format. Admission is free.

The Nittany Lions
The Penn State divers are returning to competition after competing against North Carolina and Navy two weeks ago.
In that meet on the men's side, senior Connor Scanlon (Laurel, Md.) placed third (308.50 points) in the 1-meter to best the UNC divers, while junior Jack Crow (Bethesda, Md.) placed second in the 3-meter (332.30) to best the Navy divers. Junior Hector Garcia Boissier has also enjoyed a successful season with season bests of 384.05 (1-meter) and 358.35 (3-meter).

Sophomore Christina Crowell and senior captain McKayla Mawn led the Nittany Lion women at the North Carolina and Navy meet, with Crowell placing as a high as fourth in the 1-meter with a team-high score of 248.40. Elaina Faerber leads the group in the 3-meter for the year with a top score of 254.85.

The entire Penn State swimming & diving team will be back in action in McCoy Natatorium Friday, Feb. 2 at 5 p.m. for a dual meet against Villanova. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and celebrate the team's seven seniors during Senior Day ceremonies before the meet and stay for the third-annual Great Penn State Duck Toss during the second intermission.
