Harris Named Big Ten Athlete of the Week

ROSEMONT, Ill.
- Following a week of track & field for Penn State that saw the Nittany Lions compete at three different meets, Isaiah Harris has been named the Big Ten Men's Track Athlete of the Week, as announced by the conference office Wednesday afternoon.

Harris posted a second-place finish in the 800-meters running a season-best 1:47.38 at the Iowa State Classic in Ames, Iowa. Harris is currently No. 1 in the Big Ten and No. 4 in the NCAA in the event.

Penn State returns home for the last time this season for the Tune-Up Meet February 17 at Ashenfelter III Indoor Track before gearing up for the Big Ten Indoor Championships in Geneva, Ohio February 23-24.
