UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State junior Hector Garcia Boissier (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain) is set to represent the Nittany Lions in all three dives at the NCAA Men's Swimming & Diving Championships hosted by Minnesota in the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center Thursday-Saturday.
Preliminaries begin at 1:15 p.m. ET on Thursday and Friday and at 1 p.m. on Saturday. The swimming & diving finals session will start at 7 p.m. all three days.

THE MEET
Garcia is making his third appearance at the NCAA Championships and will compete in all three dives for the first time since his freshman year. He qualified after winning the 1- and 3-meter dives and then placing seventh in the platform at the NCAA Zone A Regional Championships. Garcia also had a strong showing at the Big Ten Championships, placing fifth and setting a new school 1-meter springboard record by totaling 431.95 points and setting a school record in the platform dive of 357.10 points
Garcia reached the consolation finals in the 1-meter and 3-meter in last year's championship and did the same in the 1-meter in 2016.
