UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - No. 11 Penn State men's volleyball heads to the Big Island to compete in the Outrigger Invitational where the Nittany Lions will face BYU, Hawai'i, and Lewis.

Penn State enters week nine as the No. 11 team in this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association DI-II (AVCA) poll. Penn State (10-4, 5-2) is coming off a split weekend vs. Princeton and NJIT this past weekend.
Long Beach State remained the No. 1 team in the nation receiving all 25 first-place votes with a record of 16-0, followed by Hawai'i at No. 2 (11-2), UC Irvine at No. 3 (12-4), BYU at No. 4 (14-4) and UCLA (15-5) rounding out the top-five.
PAVLIK KNOWS HOW TO WIN
In his 24th year at the helm of the program, head coach Mark Pavlik has amassed over 500 wins. Pavlik currently stands at 553-176 for his career.
