UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Members of the Penn State men's basketball 2018 National Invitation Tournament (NIT) championship team will meet fans and sign autographs from 11 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. during Blue-White pregame festivities on Saturday, April 21.
NIT Most Outstanding Player Lamar Stevens, Penn State and Big Ten record holder Shep Garner, junior Josh Reaves and freshmen John Harrar and Jamari Wheeler will be available for fan photos with the NIT trophy.
The Nittany Lion players will be permitted to sign one item per person to give as many fans as possible an opportunity to meet the team members.
Fans can stop by the photo booth, located on Fan Fest on Curtin Road, between the Penn State All-Sports Museum and the South tunnel of Beaver Stadium. The photo booth will instantly print fan photos with the Nittany Lions and the NIT trophy.
Penn State claimed the title in Madison Square Garden last month and finished its 2017-18 campaign with 26 victories, the second-highest win total in program history. Ticket representatives will also be available from 11 a.m. until noon for those interested in learning more about new season tickets for 2018-19. A special website, gopsusports.com/climbwithus, is available for fans who would like more information, but who are unable to attend Saturday's events.
For those who have questions about season tickets, the customer relations staff at 1-800-NITTANY is available weekdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
