Fans looking to buy tickets to the 2016 TaxSlayer Bowl can buy tickets online through Ticketmaster here. *Please note, the Penn State section will be on the Visitor's sideline between gates 3-4. You can also contact the TaxSlayer Bowl Ticket Office at 904-798-5999. The Penn State Ticket Office will be open for fans who purchased tickets through Penn State for special holiday hours from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. December 28th-30th. You can call the office at 1-800-NITTANY. |

| Seat Allocations - Nittany Lion Club |
| For Nittany Lion Club members, seat locations were determined according to Nittany Lion Club point total. The ability to request tickets did not guarantee that you would receive tickets. If demand was greater than the allotment of tickets Penn State University received, requests were filled based on Nittany Lion Club point totals. In the event that your requested price level was allocated before we reached your ticket request, your ticket request would be processed in the next available price level. Once your request was accepted, there are no refunds, exchanges, cancellations or changes. General public will be seated after all Nittany Lion Club members have been seated. |
| Shipping Information |
| Bowl game tickets will be shipped via UPS approximately two (2) weeks prior to the bowl game. Name changes or alternate shipping addresses are not allowed. A $20 per order processing fee will be applied during your order. Notification will be sent via email, if available, when tickets are shipped from the Penn State Athletic Ticket Office. |
| Official Bowl Tour Information |
| The Official Penn State Bowl Tour is presented by the Nittany Lion Club and the Penn State Alumni Association. Fans are invited to go on Penn State's Official Bowl Tour. Tour package options and information will be available beginning this Sunday evening (Dec. 6). Watch your email inbox for more details about the Official tour.
