Pantall was hired in February of 1998 after serving as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach for two years. Over the past 18 years, he has worked with all of the Nittany Lion varisty athletic programs. He has also worked with many professional athletes, including the Washington Redskin and Cincinnati Bengals football teams.

The State College native is certified in USAW1, NASE, CPR/AED, SKOGG1 and is a member of NSCA and CSCCa.

Pantall played football for four years at Penn State and was a member of the 1995 Rose Bowl championship team. He earned three varsity letters and started in 36 consecutive games.

He graduated from Penn State in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in health education/kinesiology. In 1999, he completed his Masters of Education in Counseling Education.

Pantall has trained over 100 All-Americans, 20 NFL first round draft picks and two Heisman Trophy winners. He has been a member of staff/teams that have won 29 Big Ten Championships, six national championships and one NIT Championship.

Pantall and his wife, Sarah, reside in State College with their son, Scottie, and daughter, Sadie.
