Mobile Ticketing FAQs

1. Open the GoPSUsports app and then select "More" on the bottom navigation bar.

2. Select "Manage My Tickets" manage my tickets



3. Log into your Penn State Account Manager or Ticketmaster account. Your log in information will be saved for future use. log in screen
4. Tap on "Manage" in the upper right corner.

5. Select your desired game, and then tap on "Transfer" from the bottom menu

6. Select the seats you wish to transfer.

7. Enter the contact information for the individual you are sending tickets to and then tap "Complete Transfer." The transfer recipient will receive an email instructing them to accept the ticket offer. If they do not already have a Penn State Athletics account, they will need to create one to accept the ticket offer.
