UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – On Wednesday, Oct. 31, with just 10 days until tipoff for the 2018-19 Nittany Lion men's basketball season, Penn State Athletics is offering $10 game tickets for the Friday, Nov. 9 season opener.
Tickets for this special one-day sale are available for purchase online between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31 at www.gopsusports.com/10days. Fans may purchase as many as 10 tickets in a single transaction online during the times listed above or via 1-800-NITTANY between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Prior to tipoff vs. North Florida, the Penn State men's basketball program will unveil its 2018 National Invitation Tournament championship banner along with a host of other pregame festivities. The game is set for a 7:30 p.m. ET start time.
The Nittany Lions will play 15 home games in the BJC in 2018-19, including 10 Big Ten Conference games as part of the league's new 20-game schedule format. Season and single-game tickets are also available for purchase at gopsusports.com/tickets (LINK: https://gopsusports.com/sports/2018/8/8/tickets-m-baskbl-tickets-html.aspx) or by calling 1-800-NITTANY weekdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Before opening the regular season with North Florida, Penn State travels to No. 13 West Virginia for a Saturday, Nov. 3 charity exhibition game to benefit the American Red Cross' hurricane relief efforts. The Nittany Lions and Mountaineers will tip off at noon ET and the game is set for broadcast on AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh.
