INDIANAPOLIS - The No. 15 Penn State women's soccer team has been selected to its 24th straight NCAA Tournament, as announced by the NCAA on Monday, Nov. 5.
The Nittany Lions (15-5-1) will host the Bowling Green Falcons (14-4-3) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament Friday, Nov. 9, at 6 p.m. at Jeffrey Field. Friday's match marks the first meeting between the two programs.
The Falcons won the 2018 Mid-American Conference Women's Soccer Tournament over Ball State in penalty kicks, 5-4, after playing to a 1-1 tie.
Ticket sales at Jeffrey Field are cash only, but fans can purchase tickets for the match prior to Friday by visiting the ticket office at the Bryce Jordan Center Tuesday through Friday 9 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Tickets go on-sale Tuesday, Nov. 6, starting at 10 a.m.
Ticket prices are: $8 for adults, $5 for youth and students of participating schools and $3 for groups of 20 or more.
