Diving Travels to Annapolis for Navy Invitational

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Penn State divers will take center stage this weekend when traveling to Annapolis, Maryland, for the Navy Invitational Thursday-Saturday in Lejeune Hall. In addition to the host Midshipmen, they will face divers from St. Bonaventure, George Washington, UMass, Virginia, and West Virginia.
The meet will start on Thursday at noon with the women's 3-meter and men's 1-meter. It will continue Friday at noon, where the women will dive in the 1-meter and the men in the 3-meter. The meet will conclude Saturday starting at 10 a.m. when the men and women with the platform.

The Nittany Lions
The Penn State divers are returning to competition after competing in the Big Al Open at Princeton. In that meet on the men's side, sophomore Bryce Hoch placed seventh in the 1-meter final (263.10) and sixth in the 3-meter final (281.70). Freshman Jonah Cey followed closely behind, placing eighth in the 1-meter final (249.20) and seventh in the 3-meter (281.10). He also finished third in the platform (269.70). Senior Jack Crow placed fourth in the 3-meter final (289.30).
On the women's side, junior Christina Crowell placed eighth in the 1-meter final (228.35) and the 3-meter final (240.90). Sophomore Kamryn Umbel placed 11th in the 3-meter with a score of 227.40.
Senior Hector Garcia Boissier continued his senior campaign, representing Penn State in the B1G/ACC Challenge, placing fourth in the 3-meter with a score of 390.00
