UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Due to record-breaking cold temperatures forcing the closure of Michigan State, Thursday's scheduled Penn State women's basketball road game against the Spartans has been postponed to February 27 at 7 p.m.
Both Penn State and Michigan State had the week of Feb. 25-March 1 scheduled as a bye week in Big Ten play. The two teams will now meet on February 27 without needing to reschedule other games.
Penn State returns to the hardwood Sunday afternoon when the Lady Lions host #13/12 Iowa at 2 p.m. inside the Bryce Jordan Center. Senior Teniya Page will be honored on her Senior Day and the Lady Lions will be celebrating National Girls and Women In Sports Day.
