DOHA, QATAR – Penn State men's gymnastics junior Stephen Nedoroscik earned a sixth-place finish at the 12th Artistic Gymnastics World Cup in Doha, Qatar on Friday morning.
Nedoroscik, in his first senior international competition, scored a 13.966 in the finals, even with a restart.
"I feel honored to have been given the opportunity to represent the USA," Nedoroscik said after his finals performance. "I did not perform as well as I would have liked, with mistakes on both days. But it was my first international competition so I cannot be upset with myself as I did make finals and earned some experience."
