Blue-White Autograph Session Information

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Blue-White Game presented by Highmark autograph session slated for Saturday, April 13 will give fans the opportunity to get signatures from the Nittany Lion football team from 12:15-1 p.m.
 
The Nittany Lions will be spread out at five stadium gates by position. This year, there will be two separate lines at Gate B for six total autograph stations. The breakdown is as follows:
 
Gate A – Quarterbacks/Specialists
Gate B – Defensive Line (right line) & Linebackers (left line)
Gate C – Offensive Line/Wide Receivers
Gate E – Running Backs/Defensive Backs
Gate F – Tight Ends
 
A team poster will be available at the stadium gates, while supplies last, for the players to sign during the autograph session and for other fans attending the game.
 
The players will be permitted to sign one item per person to give as many fans as possible an opportunity to meet the squad members. The players will not be available for photographs during the autograph session.

Additional Blue-White Weekend Activities
The Blue-White Boardwalk Fan Fest, the official Penn State football game day fan festival, includes carnival games, free carnival rides, such as ferris wheel and giant slide, a photo booth, fun and games with Penn State student-athletes, face painting, caricature artist, food vendors and corporate partner displays and samplings. The Blue-White Boardwalk runs from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and will be located on Curtin Road near Beaver Stadium.
 
Student-athletes from a variety of Penn State athletics teams, including men's basketball, men's gymnastics, men's hockey, women's basketball, women's lacrosse, women's soccer, women's swimming & diving and wrestling, will be in attendance from 10:30 a.m.-noon and a stage show featuring music, fun and games will run from 10 a.m. through the end of team arrival.
 
The Blue-White Apparel and Equipment Sale, which will include team-issued apparel, uniforms and equipment, runs from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. or while supplies last in Pegula Ice Arena and is open to the public. The sale is coordinated by Lion Surplus. Fans wishing to shop the equipment sale can enter Pegula Ice Arena through Gate A. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted at the sale.
 
Fans should allow time to return bags of purchased items to their vehicles prior to the Blue-White Game as the University's Bag Policy (www.gopsusports.com/bagpolicy) will be followed for the annual spring game.
 
The 10th Annual Paterno Family Beaver Stadium Run/Family Fun Walk to benefit Special Olympics Pennsylvania is set for 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 14. Participants will finish at the 50-yard line in Beaver Stadium for the three-mile run or one-mile walk. For more information, go to: specialolympicspa.org.
 
Admission and Parking Information
Admission is free for the Blue-White Game presented by Highmark. The 2018 season ticket and season parking permit holders received a white 2019 Blue-White Game parking permit with their 2018 season tickets and parking last summer and need to present the white parking permit for complimentary parking on Saturday only. 
 
All RV's will be parked inside the ORV lot for the Blue-White Game and are strongly encouraged to arrive via I-99/US322 west bound on Park Avenue. The overnight RV lot opens Friday, April 12 at 8 a.m. Beaver Stadium parking lots will open on game day at 8 a.m. Beaver Stadium gates A and B will open at 1:30 p.m.
 
The one-way traffic pattern into stadium lots, will begin at 8 a.m. Fans who are planning to purchase general parking on game day are strongly encouraged to access general parking lots on the East side of Beaver Stadium via I-99/US322 or College Ave/Route 26 to Porter Road north bound. Lots 11 and 12 will not be parked on Blue-White, therefore Penn State strongly encourages fans to access general parking lots from the East side of Beaver Stadium to avoid delays. Please refer to the Blue White Game parking map for additional information. 
 
Parking fees for Blue-White are as follows:

  • Fans with a white 2019 Blue-White permit issued with their 2018 parking permits will be admitted without charge on Saturday only.
  • Fans may purchase a blue general car permit for $20 in advance as described below.
  • Fans with no "car" permit will be charged $20 at the lot entrance (cash only) on April 13.
  • Friday Overnight RV arrival with a white 2019 Blue-White permit issued with their 2018 parking permit will pay $60 at the ORV lot.
  • Friday Overnight RV arrival with no permit will be charged $100 at the ORV lot.
  • Saturday RV arrival with an RV permit issued with the 2018 season permit will be admitted without charge.
  • Saturday RV arrival with no permit will be charged $40 at the ORV lot.

 
Car parking can be purchased in advance by calling 1-800-NITTANY, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or by visiting the Bryce Jordan Center ticket office, weekdays from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. In-person purchases can be made until Friday, April 12. Parking on Blue-White Game day is cash only.

Baseball & Softball Parking
By 5 p.m., many streets around Nittany Lion Softball Park and Medlar Field at Lubrano Park will be turned into one-way exits for football traffic.
 
Softball fans and staff with 2019 Purple Reserved Parking Permits for the Orange-B lot just North of Nittany Lion Softball Park should access the parking area via Park Avenue Eastbound from Atherton Street to be in the normal traffic pattern flow for football. Fans without the reserved parking spot should park in the grass parking just past the outfield fence between NLSP and the Intramural Building – also traveling Eastbound on Park Avenue from Atherton Street. All fans are strongly advised to leave plenty of extra time to arrive to the ballpark. Gates will open at 3:30 p.m. for the softball game. 
 
Baseball is also at home against Nebraska with a first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m. Fans are encouraged to access the Jordan East parking lot by heading Northbound on Porter Road and turning into lots south of Beaver Stadium between 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Baseball fans are advised to allow plenty of time to get to the field and note that many roads, including Porter Road, will be turned into a one-way exit for football traffic. Gates at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park will open at 3:30 p.m.
 
The Blue-White Game completes the Nittany Lions' 15 spring practice sessions. The contest will air live on Penn State Sports Network and GoPSUsports.com. The game will be streamed live on the Fox Sports App (https://www.foxsportsgo.com/program/566894/college-football-penn-state-spring-game) and tape-delayed on the Big Ten Network at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 13.
 
The Blue-White Game is the university's unofficial annual spring reunion. Last year, an estimated 71,000 fans were in attendance. The Blue-White Game has drawn more than 60,000 fans in six of the last seven years, which included crowds of 70,000 or more in four of the last five years.
