Jack Wins Big at St. Vincent and the Grenadines Nationals

RATHO MILL, ST. VINCENT – Penn State women's swimming sophomore Olivia Jack went undefeated at the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Flow National Invitational Swimming Championships Friday-Sunday in the Shrewsbury Aquatic Centre.
 
Jack first claimed gold in the 50-meter fly Friday in 28.09. Saturday she touched first in the 100m breaststroke (1:10.82) and 50m free (26.47), and then Sunday she won the 50m breast (33.41) and 100m free (1:00.85). Her 50m fly time was a 1.13 second improvement on her seed time, while her 100 breast time was a 3.14 second improvement.
 
Jack competed in the 50- and 100-yard freestyles and 100 breaststroke for Penn State at the 2019 Big Ten Swimming & Diving Championships, highlighted by a personal-best and NCAA B-cut time of 1:01.46 in the 100 breast.
