UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State softball team has announced its 2019 fall ball schedule, which includes six 10-inning games and one doubleheader.
Head coach Amanda Lehotak and her team will host four of the six 10-inning games at Beard Field, with the first on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 1 p.m. against Saint Francis.
The Nittany Lions will host Bucknell the next day, Sunday, Sept. 22, at 1 p.m. for another 10-inning game.
The following week, Penn State will welcome Lock Haven to Beard Field on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 6 p.m. before traveling to Saint Francis on Sunday, Sept. 29 for a 1 p.m. 10-inning contest.
Penn State will play one final road fall game at Bucknell at noon on Sunday, Oct. 6.
The Blue and White's one doubleheader of the fall is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 12 against West Chester University starting at 1 p.m. at Beard Field.
The Nittany Lions will wrap up the fall slate against Lock Haven on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 6 p.m. at home.
Admission to all fall ball games at Beard Field is free.
