After victories in their last three competitions, the Penn State women's rugby team (4-2, 2-0) will play host to an impressive Army team on Saturday, October 19th.
Coming off of a 43-12 handling of Navy, Kate Daley's squad looks to extend their winning streak to four while facing a different military academy.
Army (4-1, 3-0) is looking to bounce back into form after a quick turnaround, dropping a 20-19 loss to St. Francis Xavier on Wednesday. That was the Black Knights' first loss of the season after starting off to a blistering 4-0, while also going 3-0 against fellow teams in the National Intercollegiate Rugby Association.
Kickoff is slated for 1:00 PM on the upper West Campus field, and there will be both an A and B game. Due to the football game, rugby spectators will have to pay $5 to park in the west fields lot and must vacate the lot immediately following the game.
