UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State women's soccer team will host the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals on Sunday, November 3 at 1 p.m. ET. The #4 Nittany Lions will play host to the #5 Iowa Hawkeyes.
The Nittany Lions and Hawkeyes last met in 2018 with Penn State earning a 2-0 win on Jeffrey Field. Penn State has won a conference-high seven Big Ten Tournament championships with the most recent coming in 2017. The Nittany Lions advanced to the Big Ten Tournament finals in 2018.
Following Sunday's quarterfinals, the Big Ten Women's Soccer Tournament will continue with the semifinals at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. (ET) Nov. 8 and the championship match at noon (ET) Nov. 10. The semifinals and championship match will be played at Yurcak Field in Piscataway, N.J., with both semifinals and the title contest televised by BTN and the FOX Sports app.
The winner of the Big Ten Tournament title earns the conference's automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament.

- Penn State finished the regular season with a 12-6-1 record and an 8-3-0 record in the Big Ten. Ally Schlegel tied for the conference lead with 11 goals and Frankie Tagliaferri tied for the conference lead with nine assists.
- Iowa finished the regular season with a a 15-3-1 record and a 7-3-1 record in Big Ten play. Iowa tied its school record for overall and conference wins in a season in 2019. Devin Burns leads the Hawkeyes with six goals.
