UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – "The Penn State Coaches Show Featuring Patrick Chambers Presented by Pepsi" begins this week with the program carried live on 40-plus affiliates, on LionVision on GoPSUsports.com, and on the Penn State Athletics mobile app, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
The live one-hour program at Primanti Bros. in downtown State College takes place weekly on from Dec. 5 through early March. Fans are welcome to attend in person or listen live on LionVision on GoPSUsports.com. The full list of radio show dates is listed below.
Men's basketball coach Patrick Chambers will be the featured guest through the beginning of March. In addition to Chambers, "The Penn State Coaches Show" will include segments with various coaches from other Penn State teams and athletics administrators.
For fans attending the live show at Primanti Bros., the radio show evening special is a 14-inch, 8-cut, three-topping pizza, salad and pitcher of soda for $15.99. An 18-inch, 12-cut, three-topping pizza with salad and a pitcher of soda is only $16.99. Parking is available in the downtown decks with on-street metered parking on College Ave.
Guests of "The Penn State Coaches Show Presented by Pepsi" will answer questions from fans at Primanti Bros. and online. Fans can submit questions at www.GoPSUsports.com/askthecoach.
Steve Jones, the radio play-by-play voice of the Nittany Lion basketball and football teams, is host of "The Penn State Coaches Show Presented by Pepsi" and will be joined by Roger Corey, who also hosts the Penn State Sports Network's football pre-game Tailgate Show. Bob Taylor is the producer of the show.
"The Penn State Coaches Show Featuring Patrick Chambers Presented by Pepsi" can be heard live on stations throughout Pennsylvania as well as New York City.
