UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Tipoff time of the Penn State women's basketball game versus Minnesota on Dec. 28 has been moved to 4 p.m.
The game, which was originally scheduled for 2 p.m., will serve as the Big Ten opener for both teams as conference play tips off from the Bryce Jordan Center.
