 Preparing for Parking Selection

When will the annual parking selection begin for the 2020 season?
The selection process will begin May 19th through May 28th at 4:30 p.m.

What do I need to log in to my Penn State Account Manager?
You will need a valid email address registered in your account and password.

Why can't I retrieve my password?
Call a representative at 1-800-NITTANY to make sure that a valid email address is registered in your account.

Who can participate in the parking selection?
The annual selection process is exclusively a privilege of Nittany Lion Club members that made their gift by February 28, 2020, opted in to participate, and paid their season tickets and season parking. Our supporters are provided with an individual selection start date/time to access the online VenueTM and review available parking locations.

How are the selection dates/times assigned?
The selection assignments are ordered by Nittany Lion Club point totals as of February 28, 2020. The selection assignment represents the earliest time that you can access the venue. The overall selection process requires two weeks to complete and we cannot offer exceptions to the assigned dates or times.

Will I receive a notification?
Yes, we will deliver your assignment date and time via email.

If I am not exchanging my current parking location for a new parking location, do I have to take any action in the Venue?
No, you do not. Relocating your parking location is totally optional. The only thing you must do is make sure your annual Nittany Lion Club gift is satisfied and your tickets and parking are paid.

Where can I go to view the new Parking Venue and become familiar with the exchange process?
Good question!  Before your selection date/time, fans who log into their Account Manager will be able to access the Venue during a preview period to become familiar with the look, feel, menu navigation, and potential inventory that may be available at your selection data/time.

Do I have to use the computer to select my parking location?
We know that our customers have the most benefit and the most control if they use the online technology. However, if you cannot access an internet connection on your assigned date / time, please call a Ticket Representative at 1-800-NITTANY to schedule an appointment by phone. We sincerely hope you will take advantage of the online option, but we will be happy to help you either way!

What special requirements are needed for my computer, tablet, or smartphone?

 Selecting Parking Locations

How do I access the live selection site?
The live selection site can only be accessed by eligible Nittany Lion Club members through their online Account Manager. We will deliver an invitation to all eligible members that specifies a date / time when they can enter the live Virtual VenueTM for the first time. This invitation will be delivered via email. and you will need your email and password for secure access.

If you need to retrieve or reset your password, it is best to do this in advance of your selection time! Click Penn State Account Manager

How many times can I change my parking location?
You can only change your parking location once per season. You can shop for available parking locations as frequently as you want between your assigned start time and the conclusion of the process on May 28th at 4:30 pm, but you can only exchange your parking location once.

It is very important to remember that parking selections are final.

How many of my parking locations can I select?
You can select the same number of parking locations you begin with; you will see that total when you login to your Account Manager or by call 1-800-NITTANY. Club and suite ticket holders must contact the Club Seat and Suite office at (814) 863-3143 for relocation of parking spaces.

I have several parking spaces together in the same lot, but I only want to move a couple of them. Can I do that?
Yes, however, you may need to call 1-800-NITTANY, a Customer Relations or Ticket Representative can assist you.

If you have multiple permits in different lots, you will be able to complete the parking selection process online without a need to call in.

How long do I have to select a new parking location?
You can begin looking at available parking lots as soon as your assigned date/time arrives, and you can continue to look around until you secure a new parking location or until the conclusion of the overall process on May 28, 2020 at 4:30pm. You do not have to choose new locations right away, but as the time progresses, others are also entering the process and making new selections or relocating.

However, once you begin to process a relocation, you will have time limits on each step of the transaction. You may cancel a relocation up until the final confirmation page.

Can I "hold" parking permits?
You can hold parking permits in your cart for 8 minutes. Then, you will have to proceed with the selection, or the parking permits will be released.

How do I upgrade my parking to donation-based parking (preferred and reserved)?
If you wish to upgrade your parking to donation-based parking (preferred or reserved) please call us at 1-800-NITTANY on your selection date/time and we will assist you over the phone.

How do I exchange my parking for ADA parking?
Fans wishing to exchange their parking for ADA parking please call 1-800-NITTANY on your selection date/time.

ADA parking permit holders will be required to present their state issued Persons with Disabilities parking placard or registration plate on game day upon arrival to the ADA lot in addition to the Penn State parking permit.

 New for 2020

West zone egress plan?
In an effort to alleviate long wait times upon egress, Lot 11 and Katz will egress via Big Hollow Rd.

Which lots have a hybrid arrival option?
Fans with reserved parking in Lots 14 through 18 will have the option to arrive from the North or West zone when the one-way traffic patterns go into effect. Fans with reserved parking in Lot 31 will have the option to arrive from the East or South zone when the one-way traffic patterns go into effect.

We will email fans in the affected lots after parking selection to choose their arrival preference. All fans in these lots must egress through the default traffic pattern of the zone 90 minutes post-game regardless of your selected arrival option.
