Penn State Field Hockey Names Captains for 2020-21 Campaign

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State Nittany Lion field hockey team has voted a trio of outstanding seniors as team captains for the upcoming season.  Seniors Madison Hutson (Gloucester Point, Va.), Abby Myers (Hartland, Wis.) and Emma Spisak (Boiling Springs, Pa.) will serve as tri-captains for head coach Char Morett-Curtiss' squad.

"I am so thrilled of our players endorsement of three wonderful student-athletes as their captains this fall and spring," said Morett-Curtiss.  "Emma, Madison and Abby have always represented Penn State Field Hockey with the utmost respect, competitive spirit, loyalty and grit. These three have led us through some challenging times with honesty and pride. On and off the field they put the team first above all else, I believe that is a true testament to their character and leadership abilities. I look forward to enjoying this season with them at the helm."
