2020 Student Account Manager Procedures

DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT – Penn State Athletics has created a Student Account Manager account for all current Penn State students. The password for this account is randomly generated – it is not the same password as your PSU access account. THIS IS NOT YOUR TICKETMASTER ACCOUNT.

• For your initial sign in attempt, you will need to click on “Forgot Your Password?” and input your e-mail address.
• For most students this will be your Penn State e-mail address. Some students will have a person account on record. If you are an incoming student, you will need to use the e-mail address used when applying to Penn State. (Students who forward their e-mail to a web-based e-mail provider may not receive the reset password link).
