UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State softball team's home-opening series against Ohio State will now start on Saturday, April 3 and conclude on Monday, April 5 at Nittany Lion Softball Park and Beard Field.
Game one was originally scheduled to be played on Friday, April 2, but has been shifted around due to the colder temperatures expected in Happy Valley on Friday evening.
The Nittany Lions will open the series against the Buckeyes with a doubleheader on Saturday, starting at 1 p.m. Single games will then be played on Sunday and Monday, at noon and 4 p.m., respectively. All four games will still be streamed on Big Ten Network+.
