ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Penn State field hockey, men's and women's soccer teams are set to be featured in national television broadcasts nine times during the regular season, as announced by the Big Ten Conference Friday.
Penn State teams can be seen on the Big Ten Network, ESPN and ESPNU throughout 2021 with a complete breakdown below.
The Penn State Nittany Lion field hockey team, under the guidance of veteran head coach Char Morett-Curtiss, has two games on the Big Ten Network's fall broadcast schedule. Both road games, Penn State's Big Ten contest at Ohio State on Friday, Oct. 22, will air on the BTN and begins at 3 p.m. Two days later, the network follows the Nittany Lions to East Lansing, Mich., for the conference game at Michigan State. The Lions and Spartans tangle on Sunday, Oct. 24, at 2 p.m.

Penn State men's soccer will see four national television matches in 2021 during the regular season, including three home games, all on Big Ten Network. The Oct. 17 matchup with preseason-No. 2 Indiana features a rematch of the 2020-21 Big Ten Tournament championship game which finished in a 1-1 draw and a penalty kick shootout for the trophy. BTN will also broadcast portions of the 2021 Big Ten Men's Soccer Tournament. Match-ups and broadcast times will be determined at a later date.

The Nittany Lions women's soccer team will be featured twice on the Big Ten Network and an additional time on ESPNU. Penn State was featured three times last season on the Big Ten Network, winning all three games which were nationally broadcasted.
