All Penn State Athletics non-football events will require a valid permit or payment of the applicable parking fee for campus lots. Complimentary parking will no longer be issued for season ticket holders.
Fans with valid Penn State University Park parking permits will be permitted to park at non-football athletics events for free, following Transportation Services parking policies and access.
Fans without a permit are encouraged to prepay for event parking at a discounted rate through ParkMobile - https://psu.parkmobile.io/. Prepayment is available through 11:59 p.m. the day prior to each event. Season packages will be available for general parking for most sports, and information on VIP parking options available for select events will be released later.
Parking for Penn State Women’s Ice Hockey games will be available at the following locations beginning two hours prior to the start of each game:
Stadium West, Jordan East, Porter North
- No charge with a valid Penn State parking permit
- $5.50 prepaid through ParkMobile (season package available for $5 per game) - https://psu.parkmobile.io/pegula-ice-arena
- $10 day-of-event without a valid permit or prepayment (pay station or ParkMobile app – zone no. 95112)
- Yellow H at Shields Building
- ADA parking - valid Penn State permit, ParkMobile prepayment ($5.50) or day-of-event ParkMobile app payment ($10 - zone no. 95112) required
- General parking – available on a first-come, first-served basis with a valid Penn State permit, ParkMobile prepayment ($5.50) or day-of-event ParkMobile app payment ($10 – zone no. 95112)
- Note: Yellow H is not a selectable prepayment option. Fans must select Stadium West, Jordan East, or Porter North at purchase.

PARKMOBILE PREPAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Visit https://psu.parkmobile.io/pegula-ice-arena
- Select game or season package at the bottom of the page
- Select parking area
- Enter the license plate information for the vehicle being driven to the event
- Note: If a different vehicle must be driven than the one registered at purchase, users must contact ParkMobile Member Support through the ParkMobile website or app (Settings – Chat Support) to request a vehicle change for that reservation.

- Prepayment is required by 11:59 p.m. the night before each event or the day-of-event rate will apply.
- If Yellow H at Shields Building is not available upon arrival, fans must park at the lot selected on the ParkMobile website at the time of purchase
- Guests must present their ParkMobile QR code to event parking staff on their mobile device, if requested. Printed permits from the ParkMobile website will also be accepted.
- All vehicles must be parked with the license plate facing the drive aisle located closest to the parking space so that payment can be verified by parking enforcement staff.
