Nittany Lions’ I-75 Challenge Finale Canceled

ATLANTA, Ga. – Penn State softball's final game in the I-75 Challenge, scheduled for Sunday at noon against Georgia State, has been canceled due to significant rain fall in the area.

The Nittany Lions went 2-2 on the weekend, getting back in the win column with a doubleheader sweep over Kennesaw State Saturday after a tough two-loss Friday at Georgia Tech.

Penn State starts spring break next weekend and will play a series of nine games in nine days. The Nittany Lions start the week at the Carolina Classic in Chapel Hill, N.C., March 4-6, with games against No. 9 Oregon, host UNC, UConn and UNC Greensboro.
