A LOOK BACK
Seven Nittany Lions qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in 2021, headlined by six All-American performances at the national meet. Danae Rivers and Maddie Holmberg both claimed First Team All-America honors.

Second team All-American Tyler Merkley returns in 2022, as does NCAA qualifier Evan Dorenkamp who competed at the NCAA Indoor Championships earlier this month.

The team boasted three individual Big Ten Outdoor Champions in 2021 (Holmberg, David Lucas and Mark Porter) and three silver medalists (Merkley, Yasmin Brooks and Madison Smith).

The Nittany Lions will look to build off their success from the indoor season where three Nittany Lions claimed Big Ten Championships (Allison Johnson, Katie Jones and Chloe Royce) and four Nittany Lions were named Second Team All-Americans at the NCAA Indoor Championships (Dorenkamp, Johnson, Mallory Kauffman and Victoria Tachinski).
