Penn State breaks two school records at day three of NCAA Championships

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The third day of the NCAA Championships at the McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta, Georgia has concluded with two Penn State swimmers breaking school records in the 100 fly and the 100 breast.
 
In the 100 fly, freshman Victor Baganha came in 17th place with a time of 45.18 and broke the school record. He dropped his time by 0.01 seconds. Junior Daniel Raisanen came in 18th place in the 100 breast with a time of 51.96. He broke the school record and dropped his time by 0.16 seconds. Senior Michael Daly competed in the 400 IM and came in 28th place with a time of 3:45.22. No individual swimmers qualified for finals.
 
During finals was the 400-medley relay. Penn State's team contributors were senior William Roberson junior Lachlan Byrne, Raisanen and Baganha. They came in 23rd place with a time of 3:06.40.
