UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The No. 4 Penn State men's volleyball team completes its first half of EIVA conference action with a single match against Charleston this Friday, March 4, at 7 p.m. in the Rec Hall South Gym.

ATTENDANCE AND PARKING INFORMATION
With Friday's match taking place in the south gym, fans are directed to enter at the Hepper Fitness Center entrance on the south end of Rec Hall.
All Penn State Athletics non-football events will require a valid permit or payment of the applicable parking fee for campus lots. Complimentary parking will no longer be issued for season ticket holders.
Fans with valid Penn State University Park parking permits will be permitted to park at non-football athletics events for free, following Transportation Services parking policies and access.
Fans without a permit are encouraged to prepay for event parking at a discounted rate through ParkMobile - https://psu.parkmobile.io/. Prepayment is available through 11:59 p.m. the day prior to each event. Season packages will be available for general parking for most sports, and information on VIP parking options available for select events will be released later.

MATCH NOTES AND INFORMATION
- Penn State maintained its No. 4 ranking in both the AVCA coaches poll and Off the Block media poll this week, marking the fourth-straight week the Nittany Lions have been ranked fourth.
- The Nittany Lions took down St. Francis Brooklyn and NJIT last weekend to remain the only unbeaten team in the EIVA with a 7-0 record. Penn State won in straight sets against St. Francis Brooklyn and won a hard-fought battle in five sets against NJIT.
- Senior setter Cole Bogner recorded 42 assists combined with seven digs in the five set win last Sunday against NJIT. His 530 assists are tied for 2nd most in the country and his 10.39 assists per set ranks 5th nationwide.
- Senior opposite Cal Fisher continues to dominate at the right pin for the Nittany Lions, leading the team with 183 kills, including 12 matches of double-digit kills. He also has 32 aces this season, which ranks 2nd in the nation, including 16 over the last five matches.
- Senior outside hitter Brett Wildman had three of his 15 kills in the fifth set along with two aces to help set up match point in the win against NJIT. He has been excellent on the left pin and from the back row with 175 kills at a .327 clip. During Penn State's eight-match win streak, he is averaging 12.75 kills per match. He is also second on the team with 18 service aces.
- Sophomore Toby Ezeonu's physical presence has taken over matches. Against NJIT Ezeonu notched three kills in the fifth, including the match clincher. He had eight kills on the night with seven blocks. Ezeonu has recorded two matches with double-digit kills and no errors. Against Long Beach on Jan. 29, Ezeonu had a 16-kill and .941 H% night. He recorded 12 kills and had .750 H% against St. Francis Brooklyn on Feb. 25. Ezeonu is hitting .491 and has 0.76 blocks per set to lead Penn State.
- Senior middle blocker Sam Marsh has also had an impactful season both offensively and defensively with 75 kills, .391 H%, and 34 blocks. He was named AVCA National Player of the Week Jan. 18 after a 19-kill, .783 H% weekend vs. Grand Canyon, including a 12-12 start on his attacks.
- PSU and Charleston first met in Feb. 2016 and play each other for the 14th time this weekend. PSU is 13-0 all-time against the Golden Eagles with seven of those wins being at home. In the 2021 season, PSU had a 4-0 mark, with all of those wins being 3-0 sweeps.
