Graduate student Alissa Bonsall (bars), junior Cassidy Rushlow (bars) and freshman Isabella Salcedo (floor) all completed competition in session I, while graduate student Lauren Bridgens competed on bars in session II.

"Cassidy, Alissa, Izzy and Lauren represented Penn State so well today," said head coach Sarah Brown.  "They brought great energy and enthusiasm to the arena and put on an awesome performance. I'm so proud of how they have led the team this entire season and I'm so thankful for my time with the fifth-year seniors. I can't thank Alissa and Lauren enough for their dedication, leadership and passion for Penn State gymnastics. Cassidy and Izzy are the future and wow, is it so bright. I can't wait to get back with the entire team and get to work for the 2023 season!"

Making her first trip to NCAA Regionals, Salcedo posted a 9.9 score on her floor routine, marking her eighth 9.9 score on the event this season. It marked the sixth-consecutive meet where she has recorded a 9.9 or above. The 9.9 for Salcedo was the highest mark for a Nittany Lion on floor at NCAA Regionals since Briannah Tsang in 2016.

Rushlow, who was making her second NCAA Regional appearance, paced the Nittany Lions on the bars, as she posted a 9.875 score. Rushlow was Penn State's most consistent competitor on bars this season, recording scores of 9.8 or above in all 11 meets. She finished the year posting a 9.9 score in two of the final four meets on bars.

Making her fourth NCAA Regional appearance, Bonsall posted a 9.8 on the uneven bars in her final meet. The score matched her career high from last year's NCAA Morgantown Regional.

In the night session, Bridgens, making her third NCAA Regional appearance, posted a 9.85 on the uneven bars for the Nittany Lions. She finished this season recording three 9.9 scores on bars.
