NCAA Division I Men's Golf Columbus Regional Results
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Penn State men's golf junior Patrick Sheehan and graduate student Lou Olsakovsky wrapped up the first of three rounds at the NCAA Columbus Regional at Ohio State's Scarlet Course Monday afternoon.
Sheehan carded a 3-over, 74, in the first round. He sits tied for 35th heading into Tuesday's second round.
Olsakovsky fired a 4-over, 75, in Monday's opening round. He is currently tied for 51st heading into the second round.
The top five teams from each of the six regional sites (30 teams total) and the low individual not on an advancing team (six individuals total) from each regional site will advance to play in the championships at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona on May 27–June 1.
