Baseball’s Big Ten Tournament Opener Update

OMAHA, Neb. – Due to precipitation on Wednesday, Penn State baseball's opening game of the 2022 Big Ten Tournament vs. Iowa has been moved to a 10 a.m. ET/9 a.m. CT first pitch on Thursday. All games in the Big Ten Tournament will be broadcast on Big Ten Network.

The Nittany Lions, led by head coach Rob Cooper, are the No. 6 seed in the bracket after finishing the regular season with a 25-27 overall record and an 11-13 mark in conference play.
 
Iowa, the No. 3 seed, enters the game with a 33-17 overall mark and concluded the season with a 17-7 Big Ten record.
