UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State men's and women's cross country programs each received top-four rankings in the 2022 USTFCCCA Preseason Regional Rankings released this week prior to the start of the 2022 cross country season.
The women's team was ranked third in the Division I Mid-Atlantic regional rankings and the men's squad received a number-four ranking in the preseason poll.

Penn State's cross country begins its 2022 season at the Dolan Duals hosted by Lock Haven this Friday, Sept. 2. The Nittany Lions host their first of three 2022 home meets, the Spiked Shoe Invitational, the following Friday, Sept. 9.
