ROSEMONT, Ill. – At least 28 Penn State men's basketball games will air on national television as the Big Ten announced broadcast designations and tipoff times for a majority of the 2022-23 Nittany Lion contests Thursday afternoon. The 2022-23 Penn State men's basketball season is presented by Highmark Health.
Penn State is set to appear on Big Ten Network (BTN), FS1 and the ESPN family of networks throughout the regular season. Every televised game on the Big Ten Network and FS1 can be streamed nation-wide via the web, smartphones, tablets and connected devices on the FOX Sports app. Games broadcast by the ESPN family of networks are available through the ESPN App, computers, smartphones, tablets and streaming devices to fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliated service provider.
The Nittany Lions enter their second season under Peter and Ann Tombros Endowed Head Coach Micah Shrewsberry, and the 2022-23 slate will begin at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 7 when Penn State hosts Winthrop.
Penn State's Gavitt Games matchup against Butler on Monday, Nov. 14 is set for an 8:30 p.m. tipoff on FS1, while two other home non-conference games against Canisius (Dec. 18) and Quinnipiac (Dec. 22) are also slated to appear on national TV on Big Ten Network. Penn State's three-game trip to the Charleston Classic (Nov. 17-20) and ACC/Big Ten Men's Basketball Challenge contest at Clemson (Nov. 29) are all set to appear on the ESPN family of networks. Start times and specific channel designations for the 2022 ACC/Big Ten Men's Basketball Challenge will be announced at a later date. Penn State's home non-conference games against Winthrop, Loyola (Md.), Lafayette and Delaware State will be available to stream on B1G+ and the FOX Sports app.
Conference play begins on Wednesday, Dec. 7, when Penn State hosts Michigan State at 6:30 p.m. on the Big Ten Network. Eighteen of Penn State's 20 regular-season conference games will appear on Big Ten Network, one will air on FS1, and one on the ESPN family of networks.

Season tickets for the 2022-23 season are available for purchase at this LINK. Student season tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, Oct. 5. Single-game ticket sales will begin on Tuesday, Oct. 11.
Tickets for the Penn State-Purdue game at The Palestra will go on sale on Tuesday, Nov. 8. 2022-23 men's basketball season ticket holders and Nittany Lion Club members will have first priority to secure tickets for the game at The Palestra. Further ticket information details for The Palestra game will follow at a later date.
