MINNEAPOLIS – Penn State swimmer Victor Baganha sprinted to 19th in the 50 Free (19.10) at the Men's Swimming & Diving NCAA Championships Thursday morning at the Jean K. Aquatic Center.
The sophomore's time was a personal best and the third-fastest for the event in program history.
