2023-24 Penn State Women's Hockey Schedule
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State women's hockey program has revealed its 34-game schedule for the 2023-24 season on Monday afternoon per the College Hockey America's league-wide schedule announcement.
The Nittany Lions, coming off a program-record 27-win season, will play a challenging nonconference slate featuring three NCAA Tournament teams, including rematches with Yale at home and away at Colgate.
Penn State will play 18 games against CHA foes Robert Morris, Mercyhurst, Syracuse, Lindenwood and RIT with 10 of those games finishing the regular season.
The 2023 CHA postseason will open with a pair of best-of-three semifinals with the No. 1 seed hosting the No. 4 seed and the No. 2 seed hosting the No. 3 seed March 1-3.
The CHA postseason will conclude on March 9 when the two semifinal winners meet at the home of the highest-seeded semifinal winner for one game to determine the CHA 2024 postseason champion. Date and time for the championship game that weekend are to be determined.

- 34 regular-season games, including 16 home games at Pegula Ice Arena.
- Six games against three 2023 NCAA Tournament teams (Colgate, Yale, and Northeastern).
- 10 games against ECAC opponents (Colgate, Cornell, Dartmouth, Union, and Yale).
- Opening season against 2023 Hockey East Champions and 2023 Frozen Four finalist Northeastern on Sept. 23-24.
- Rematch with ECAC tournament champion Colgate on Oct. 6-7 in Hamilton, N.Y.
- The Nittany Lions face Dartmouth for the first time in program history on Nov. 24-25.
- Penn State hosts Yale for the first time in program history on Dec. 8-9.
- First home series versus UConn on Sept. 29-30 at Pegula Ice Arena.
- 18 CHA conference games with home and away series against Syracuse, Lindenwood, Mercyhurst, RIT and Robert Morris.
