UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Seven Penn State women's hockey student-athletes received additional academic honors in the summer of 2023 as they were named Krampade/AHCA All-America Scholars on Monday morning.
These seven student-athletes were recognized for their outstanding work in the classroom as the academic honor required recipients to have at least a 3.75 cumulative GPA for the 2022-23 school year and have appeared in 40 percent of their team's games. Exceptions were granted to injured players and back-up goaltenders. Schools also were required to be members of the AHCA.
