Apple Users
If you see "Pass Disabled" or "Activating" after adding your tickets to Apple Wallet, your tickets have not successfully been saved to Apple Wallet and will not scan into Beaver Stadium.

To troubleshoot the "Pass Disabled" or "Activating" error messages, please follow the below steps:

• Be sure your iPhone is updated to iOS version 16.4 or above.
• Ensure you are using the most updated version of the Penn State Nittany Lions mobile app.
• Make sure the email address on your Penn State Athletics ticket account is only associated with one Apple ID account. Multiple Apple ID accounts cannot be used with one Penn State Athletics ticket account. If you need to send a ticket to another fan, please send them a ticket transfer offer via your Penn State Athletics ticket account.

Google Users​
If the below error message appears while adding your ticket to Google Wallet, please make sure the email address on your Penn State Athletics ticket account is only associated with one Google account. Multiple Google accounts cannot be used with one Penn State Athletics ticket account. If you need to send a ticket to another fan, please send them a ticket transfer offer via your Penn State Athletics ticket account.
