FULL 2023-24 SCHEDULE
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – On Monday afternoon the Big Ten announced its complete 2023-24 men's hockey schedule with each team playing each other a total of four times, twice at home and twice on the road.
Penn State, which announced its 10-game, non-conference schedule earlier this month, opens Big Ten play at home for the first time since the 2019-20 season when they host Notre Dame on November 4-5. The Nittany Lions are 6-4-0 all-time in Big Ten openers.
PSU then travels to the Mitten on back-to-back weekends, first visiting Michigan State (November 10-11) before a trip to Ann Arbor to battle Michigan (November 17-18) in a pre-Thanksgiving affair.
Following their post-Thanksgiving non-conference tilt with Lindenwood, the Nittany Lions welcome two-time defending regular-season champion Minnesota to Pegula Ice Arena on December 1-2 before closing the first semester of play at Wisconsin on December 8-9.
Penn State opens the second-half of the conference slate at home against Michigan State on January 12-13. The following weekend the Nittany Lions travel to South Bend for a series against Notre Dame (January 19-20) before returning to Hockey Valley on January 26-27 to do battle with Ohio State.
After a bye-week to open the month of February, Penn State hits the road for Minnesota (February 9-10) before back-to-back home weekends against Michigan (February 16-17) and Wisconsin (February 23-24).
PSU concludes the regular-season on the road at Ohio State on March 1-2 before the Big Ten Tournament begins with the best-of-three quarterfinal series slated for March 8-10 with the semifinals and final slated for March 16 and March 23, respectively.
Single-game tickets for the 2023-24 Penn State men's hockey season will go on sale Thursday, September 14. There will be a season-ticket holder and NLC presale beginning at 10 a.m. followed by the general sale at 3 p.m.
All dates are subject to change with game times and television schedule to be announced in the coming weeks.
