UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - No. 7 Penn State welcomes No. 24/22 Iowa to Beaver Stadium on Saturday for the annual Penn State White Out. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. on CBS.

PENN STATE WHITE OUT: The Nittany Lions are set to hold their 15th full-stadium Penn State White Out on Saturday. The tradition stretches back to a student section White Out in 2004. Penn State's first full-stadium White Out was against Notre Dame in 2007.

SERIES HISTORY: Penn State meets Iowa for the 32nd time in the series. Penn State holds a 17-14 advantage in the series. However, the teams are tied 11-11 as Big Ten foes. Fourteen of the previous 31 matchups have been decided by one-possession, including the last matchup as Penn State fell 23-20 in Iowa City. Penn State jumped out to a 17-3 lead but Iowa held PSU to three points in the second half and got a go-ahead 44-yard touchdown reception by Nico Ragaini with 6:26 left in the fourth quarter.

NITTANY LIONS ON CBS: Penn State will play its 27th game on CBS on Saturday. The Nittany Lions are 16-10 all-time on CBS, including last season's 41-12 win at Auburn. CBS returns to broadcast from Beaver Stadium for the first time since November 24, 1990, a 22-17 Penn State win over Pitt.

FORCING TAKEAWAYS: The Nittany Lions forced five takeaways at Illinois, including four interceptions and a fumble recovery. LB Abdul Carter, CB Johnny Dixon, CB Daequan Hardy and CB Cam Miller each recorded an interception, while LB Dominic DeLuca forced a fumble, recovered by LB Kobe King. Penn State secured takeaways on three-straight possessions in the first quarter, turning those into 13 points. The Nittany Lions have recorded three or more takeaways in seven games over the last two seasons, tied-most among FBS teams.

THE OPPOSITION: Iowa finished non-conference play with a 3-0 mark after a 41-10 win over Western Michigan last Saturday. The Hawkeyes tallied 387 yards, while holding the Broncos to 239 yards. Leshon Williams rushed for 145 yards on 12 carries, while Cade McNamara threw a pair of touchdown passes. Nick Jackson led the defense with nine tackles, including a sack.
