Marquette Intercollegiate at Erin Hills Day One Results
ERIN, Wis. – The Penn State men's golf team completed the first round of the Marquette Intercollegiate at Erin Hills Sunday.
The Nittany Lions are in 11th place in the 12-team field through the first round after carding an 18-over, 306, as a team Sunday.
Graduate student Patrick Sheehan led the Nittany Lions in the opening round, firing a 2-over, 74, to sit tied for 17th.
Senior James Allen and freshman Robby O'Regan both carded a 4-over, 76, and are tied for 39th heading into Monday's second round.
Graduate student Jimmy Meyers shot an 8-over, 80, and is tied for 65th. Junior Jake Griffin sits in 77th place after shooting a 13-over, 85.
Second round action is set for Monday, while the third and final round will be played Tuesday. Live scoring is available HERE.
