Opening statement
Obviously disappointed and all of the guys in that locker room are hurting pretty bad, some physically, but all of them emotionally. They put so much into it and we aren't quite ready to close those kinda games out, we will be but it wasn't today. It's been a heck of a three game stretch and really three of the top five defenses in America. That's what we cherish and we want to play at that level of football. By doing that we are getting better. Iron will sharpen iron, but it hurts when you have to do it.
Q: You guys are struggling in the redzone, do you think it's good teams or things that keep coming up again and again?
A: We are developing offense. I told you when we started this game there are not going to be any magic pills so it's gonna take time. We have had some good showings in the redzone and we have had some tough showings in the redzone.
Q: A couple of guys got hurt and came back in, where are you guys health wise at this point in the season?
A: First of all, you are right we have some real warriors in that locker room. If you don't love your team and love this sport, there is no way you are playing. There are just some guys that are complete warriors on this team and today played with a lot of pain and then it got aggravated. We have a tremendous medical staff that goes out there and treats them and they go off to the side and suck it up and go back out. Everybody in that locker room is absolutely killing themselves for this program and I wish it could happen faster because some of them aren't gonna get to live out the really exciting stuff, but you know what, this is pretty exciting.
