UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State men's soccer announces the addition of midfielder Malick Daouda from Brossard, Quebec to their 2024 fall class.
Daouda played for the CF Montreal Academy from 2019 to 2023 on their U15 and U17 teams.
He also was selected to play for Canada for the CONCACAF Boys U15 Championship in 2019. The team advanced to the semi-finals, but lost to Slovenia, 2-1.
Daouda has two family members that also play soccer. His cousin Cassandra Decombe is a junior defender at Louisiana Lafayette and his other cousin Yasmine Decombe is a TCU women's soccer commit.
Daouda plans on majoring in sports administration in the fall. He will be the second Canadian on the roster, joining defender Mohamed Cisset.
