Kaytron Allen

  • RB Kaytron Allen rushed for a team-high 86 yards on 11 carries, averaging 7.8 yards per rush.
  • Allen scored on a 24-yard rush in the fourth quarter.

Nicholas Singleton

  • RB Nicholas Singleton tallied 119 all-purpose yards with 49 rushing, 37 receiving and 33 on kick returns.
  • He had three catches for 37 yards and a touchdown.
  • Singleton caught a 6-yard touchdown in the second quarter. It was his seventh career receiving touchdown.
  • He had a 27-yard catch in the first quarter.
  • The junior now has 3,632 career all-purpose yards, moving into 14th all-time at Penn State. On the night, he jumped Lenny Moore (3,543; 1953-55) and Matt Suhey (3,549; 1976-79).

 

Tyler Warren

  • TE Tyler Warren tallied a team-high seven catches for 46 yards.
  • Warren has made a catch in each of his last 23 games and has at least one catch of 14+ yards in each of his last 13 games.
  • The senior now has 96 career receptions, ranking 20th all-time at Penn State.
  • His 96 career receptions rank second all-time among Penn State tight ends, behind only Mike Gesicki (129; 2014-17). On the night, Warren jumped Pat Freiermuth (92; 2018-20).
  • Warren’s 47 receptions this season are second-most by a Penn State tight end, trailing only Gesicki (57; 2017).
  • The Virginia native has 1,165 career receiving yards, ranking fourth all-time among Penn State tight ends. On the night, Warren moved past Andrew Quarless (1,146; 2006-09).
  • Warren’s 559 receiving yards this season are fifth among Penn State tight ends, trailing only Ted Kwalick (563; 1967), Mike Gesicki (563; 2017/679; 2016) and Mickey Shuler (600; 1977).

 

Khalil Dinkins

  • TE Khalil Dinkins hauled in a 1-yard touchdown reception in the fourth quarter. It was his fifth career touchdown reception.

 

Harrison Wallace III

  • WR Harrison Wallace III had a team-high 67 receiving yards on five catches, including grabs of 17 and 18 yards.

 

Liam Clifford

  • WR Liam Clifford had three catches for 40 yards, including a 23-yard grab in the fourth quarter.

 

DEFENSE

 

Team

  • Penn State S Jaylen Reed recorded an interception and returned it 19 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter.
  • It was Penn State’s first interception return for a touchdown since Dominic DeLuca’s 26-yard return against Delaware in 2023 and PSU’s first interception return for a touchdown against a Big Ten opponent since Curtis Jacobs’ 47-yard return at Michigan in 2022.
  • Reed’s interception was Penn State’s ninth takeaway this season (six interceptions, three fumble recoveries).
  • Since 2022, Penn State has forced 59 turnovers (32 interceptions, 27 fumbles).
  • The Nittany Lions have allowed just six points in the third quarter this season and just 30 second-half points.
  • Penn State gave up 51 yards on 13 plays in the third quarter. PSU has allowed 196 yards on 73 plays (2.68 per play) in the third quarter this season.

  • He tied a career high with two tackles for loss, done on two previous occasions while at Old Dominion.
  • Ford tallied his third career game with two or more tackles for loss and his first multi-tackle for loss game at Penn State.

 

Smith Vilbert

  • DE Smith Vilbert recorded a solo tackle for loss in the third quarter. He has 6.5 career tackles for loss.

 

Dominic DeLuca

  • LB Dominic DeLuca recorded four tackles in the first half and finished the game with five.

 

Elliot Washington II

  • CB Elliot Washington II had a career-best five tackles (all solo). His previous high was two tackles, on five occasions, last against USC.

Ryan Barker

  • K Ryan Barker converted all four extra-point attempts and is 12-of-12 this season.

 

Riley Thompson

  • P Riley Thompson averaged 43.8 yards per punt on five punts.
  • Thompson blasted a 51-yard punt, fielded at the Wisconsin 9, in the second quarter.
  • Thompson hit a punt that was fair caught at the Wisconsin 11 in the third quarter.
  • He added a 42-yard punt to the Wisconsin 12 later in the third quarter.
