Men's Lacrosse Lands Three USILA Scholar All-Americans

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State men's lacrosse student-athletes Grant Haus, Jack Posey, and Jake Morin were each named United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Scholar All-Americans as the association announced on Thursday.
 
Haus, Posey, and Morin were just three of 126 Division I players throughout the country to earn the academic honor and three of just 20 players from the Big Ten to make the list.
 
After graduating with a master's degree in business administration, Haus was named to the Big Ten All-Academic Team for the third time in his career. In the 2024 season, the Palmyra, Pa. native captured his second USILA Lacrosse All-American nod as he was awarded a Second Team All-American selection. Haus received the honor after being named to the All-Big Ten Second Team. He was also named a USA Lacrosse and Inside Lacrosse All-American as well for the second straight season.
 
The Palmyra, Pa. native scored goals at Ohio State and against Michigan this season. Haus finished the season with two goals, and one assist while causing four turnovers and scooping 27 ground balls.
 
Morin finished 2024 with a career-high 31 points off 11 goals and 20 assists. The Garnet Valley, Pa. native tallied nine multi-point games which included two four-point games against Villanova and Michigan. He recently earned his third Academic All-Big Ten honor on Wednesday while he was also awarded the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award for the first time in his career. Morin graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering in May.
 
Posey captures his first USILA Scholar All-American honor after earning his fourth Academic All-Big Ten honor as we will graduate with a master's degree in business education. In 2024, Posey played in seven games and tallied five ground balls. He recently signed a contract with the Premier Lacrosse League's Carolina Chaos back in May.
