BLUFFTON, S.C. – The Penn State men’s golf team wrapped up the Colleton River Collegiate Monday afternoon.
The Nittany Lions finished 15th in the 16-team field at 48-over, 912.
Alex Creamean led Penn State with a 31st-place finish. He shot a 79-72-73 to finish at 8-over, 224.
Jake Griffin carded a 73-75-78 to record a 10-over, 226, and finish in 42nd place.
Andres Barraza placed 52nd at 14-over (77-75-78), while Will Preston followed in 60th place at 16-over, 232 (82-75-75). Morgan Lofland shot a 33-over, 249 (90-79-80) and finished 80th.
The Nittany Lions return to action March 17-18 at The Johnnie-O at Sea Island hosted by Rutgers in St. Simons, Ga.
