NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – After the conclusion of the 2025 women’s lacrosse season, recent graduates Ellie Hollin and Lauren Saltz were each named to the Blue All-Stars team, the organization announced Wednesday morning. The Senior All-Star games will be held on Tierney Field at USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md. on Saturday, May 31, 2025. The Division I team will play the first game at 3 p.m.
The Nittany Lion duo will play under the direction of former Penn State women’s lacrosse associate head coach, Amy Altig, who is now the head coach at Delaware.
Hollin finished the season with the seventh-most caused turnovers in the Big Ten. The Monkton, Maryland, native posted 23 caused turnovers and scooped 31 ground balls in 2025. She also added five draw controls.
Saltz, a two-way midfielder for Penn State, wrapped up the 2025 season with 22 goals and 25 points. The points number matched her point tallies from her sophomore and junior seasons combined. Saltz caused six turnovers and vacuumed 21 ground balls. A staple in the draw rotation, the Westminster, Maryland, native secured 41 wins for the Blue and White.
